Klara Belle:If you love pasta and you love truffle, you won’t find any better than Taverna Trilussa. They are also the home of other award winning pasta’s, so you won’t be disappointed with whatever you order. It’s a gem amongst the highly tourist populated eateries in Trastevere. The rosé was divine and although not considered an important part of the meal, the bread an olive oil was some of the finest I’ve had in Italy. I would literally go back there just for this lol. Though service is sometimes lacking in Italian restaurants, here the staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. With a beautifully rustic and authentic interior, and a cosy outdoor area, this is a must do if you’re taking a stroll through Trastevere. Must book in advance.

Klara Belle:The oldest coffee house in Rome, just around the corner from the Pantheon. Sit and enjoy a frappe while listening to the church bells ring and watching the world go by. As with all cafes in Rome, table service is an extra fee but it’s worth the time spent to enjoy your coffee in beautiful streets. Or if you prefer to live like a local, grab your espresso and cornetto at the bar.
