Super-strong Trekking shoes
No trekking or hiking gear can replace the level of performance, comfort, and protection that a pair of good trekking shoes provide. It’s highly advisable to invest in quality trekking shoes if you are planning for a fun and successful adventure.

A Handy Water Bottle/Sipper
Your body dehydrates a lot while you trek. You sweat but don’t realize because of the cool weather and so, sipping water frequently is really important to keep you hydrated. The trick is to carry a handy and unbreakable water bottle and refill it wherever possible.
Pro tip: Avoid buying disposable plastic bottles and contribute your bit towards saving the environment.
Something to munch on
Just like water, you lose your energy without realizing so you should always keep munching and carry some ready to eat snacks with you like dry fruits, some chocolates, wafers or other energy bars. Carry the eatables that take less space and are dry.
A must-have Hand sanitizer
Trekking involves a lot of handworks. While looking for support during hiking or climbing, your hands will touch a lot of unwanted surfaces. To keep yourself away from falling sick on a fun trip, use a sanitizer whenever you feel like.
