R. Das Oliveiras nº 61, 4050-449 Porto, Portugal
I do not know if I would rent there because there is a lot of youngsters so I guess I can get quite busy and noisy in the evenings but this was my favourite place to come hang out in during the day. Very peaceful with beautiful vast sunny outdoor inner court yard. Also in my favourite neighbourhood of Porto. You come here with a book and get yourself something at the bar it's just perfect
Great hostel in Porto. Lovely decor and nice bar with good restaurants within walking distance. We booked last minute and got a good deal and staff were friendly and helpful.
New hostel in a good location. Clean, well run, good bunks with privacy curtain, power and light. The shower was powerful. They have chill area, cafe and great garden with events. Finally the staff are helpful.
Selina was a great place to stay, the staff are super friendly, all of them and go out of their way to help and support. The manager is fun and friendly, the girls in the coffee shop made me laugh and smile every morning. The front desk always said hello as we walked passed and really supported me with trips, extending my stay and my bags when I needed help after a previous injury. The bar staff, the same, plus although the menu is a bit limited for main meal choices the food is good!
First day we were given a room with broken air conditioner and busted shower. We ask them to fix it and are offered a room much smaller with no refund for the larger room we paid for. Selina is unfair, moderately dirty, and overall a completely unsatisfying experience. We spent a good percentage of our time in Porto fighting with management for fair treatment. Find a nice Airbnb and have a better time in Porto.
