Really nice local in the hills above Alcobaçar. You park below the restaurant in a stable then walk up a path to the restaurant. We had the moonfish with risotto and the house style prawns. We also had the mixed entrees and for dessert I had the flan and my partner had the 3 mini desserts - creme brulee, pannacotta and mousse. Very nice, would go back.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature! Rural animals like goats, cats, horses can be seen everywhere making up for a lovely scenery to appreciate while having your lunch. Meals taste wonderfully and the service is top notch. It's like a gourmet restaurant but with very generous portions (in fact, so much so I felt filled during the following hours). Be sure to call and reserve your place when lunching here as this restaurant is often fully booked.

Excellent food, great environment and very good service. Price is very fair for the quality. Location is totally country side, so you need a car to go there. Probably one of the best restaurants in the region. Menu is similar for the last years but it's a way of assuring the excellence in the food quality. Totally recommended.

Excellent food with good service. Upscale restaurant in rural location. Booking ahead is recommended. Now added separate car parking away from the restaurant accessed via a set of steps and ramp. Prices are very competitive relative to local restaurants of similar standard. Below is my dessert of merengue with mascarpone, delicious 😋
