Don't believe the hype on their website. It's not that nice. I'd use Peru Rail and do the cheapest option. Everything was on time but it's just a mode of transportation. Nothing special. The Voyager looked nicer than the 360. Also they didn't seat reservations together. Multiple couples could not sit together. Pretty disappointing. Also take a taxi to olly and then the train to Machu. The train is very slow, especially around Cusco. Save an hour by taking a cab from olly instead.

Clean and on time. If you are coming from Cusco, you need to get a bus to Ollantaytambo. The train will leave from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu and will take about an 1.5 hours. Smooth easy ride..staff serves you food and even have craft beer on board if you wish. There is a designated space on the train with open windows for you to take pictures.

The IncaRail gave my friend and I a very pleasant experience. I read before my trip that the train would be a little shakey but it didn't bother me at all. On our way to Aguas Calientes, it was daytime, the views were magnificent, they gave us a meal and drink. Our trip back to Ollantaytambo was at night so they gave us a snack and drink.

Treno che parte dalla stazione di Ollantaytambo e raggiunge Agua Calientes per poi proseguire per Machu Picchu. Si tratta di un treno turistico da prenotare per tempo. Offrono bevande calde e uno snack. Percorre il fondo della valle del fiume Urubamba ed il tempo di percorrenza è di circa un'ora e mezza. Bello il panorama.

El famoso Tren Inca “IncaRail” Cómodo con buen servicio y puntualidad. Cuenta con lugares cómodos amplios y mesas al centro de los asientos para degustar café y frutos secos. En todas las clases. Primera clase ofrece platillos. El precio muy elevado debido a que es una forma de llegar a la maravilla del mundo. Pero aún así recomendado 100% Buena experiencia 🇵🇪
