Had an amazing experience here. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially Nelson at concierge! Beautiful rooms and great location. Will definitely come back.

Arrived September 21, 2019 and was disappointed with the room because of the noise. There was a sports area with kids yelling and it permeated in our room. The 2nd room was in the front of the hotel with loud screeching birds. While the rooms were big, beautiful and luxurious- not worth the money if you cannot have peace and quiet inside the room. After traveling 8 hours and not being able to check in for another 9 hours- I’m ready to get some sleep and can’t.

The best part was the prosecco offering as you checked into the hotel. Room had everything and was clean, albeit a little worn, like the rest of the hotel. It was busy in the lobby. Surroundings didn't offer interesting restaurants like in Barranco.

Good hotel! Room was very big with terrase in garden, bathroom also was big. Just in front of room was sport club with a lot of noise and a lot of light because of big swimming pool and stadium. Breakfast was very good with possibility to eat inside or outside in terassa. Stuff worked good and was kind. Food in restaurant was good. From other side of hotel you can find Starbucks, jewelry shop.
