Alampayo also known as " the most beautiful mountain in the world" is really a majestic, glacier covered mountain. Hikers without climbing experience can easily reach Alpamayo high camp to have a breathtaking views. A little side trail leads to Arthuaycocha lake, which offers one of the best views in Cordillera Blanca.
