Excellent outdoor experience. A must if you are visiting Nicaragua. Great photography place. They also offer night trails with experts and lodging. Service truck can take you from the base to the top, alternatively you can hike your way up. The Biological Station is rustic. Meals are limited at the top. If your doing the Puma trails go prepared with plenty of drinks and snacks. Eco style bathrooms. Avoid the raining season. Not infant friendly.

If you are in Granada and you love the nature, you can’t miss this place 🌋 at Mombacho you will admire beautiful views, hear some monkeys, and enjoy the rainforest! Notice that if you are tourist you will pay $20 and locals $8. (Yes I know, a little bit pricey)

This is an absolutely amazing place to visit. Stunningly beautiful, filled with nature. From beautiful huge trees howler monkey's, orchids and butterflies I have found it to very enchanting
