A beautiful building and unique experience to be able to walk on its rooftop. Closes 12-2 daily, and is only open in morning on Sunday. 3US$ to go up.

My favorite place in Leon! Make sure to check out the roof and you can see several volcanoes in the distance. You can hire a tour guide or just check it out on your own. They sell tickets for the roof behind the cathedral in a small little room that is connected.. Don't ring one of the bells or it's a $20 fine and you need to remove your shoes to walk on the roof. Great views from up there and you can see most of Leon
