Didn't stay here but did the volcano boarding tour which was a lot of fun! The guide will encourage you to go faster so you don't get the slowest speed (the slowest gets ice dunked on their head). But as long as you only go as fast as you feel comfortable and don't push your limits, you'll come down the volcano in one piece and have an amazing time!

Big foot hostel has an incredible vibe, mostly because of the great s taff (Fatima, Lesther, Isabel) and the manager Mani, all were super amazing and always there to help no matter what. What a helpful staff. The hostel itself is a really cool place with a pool. They have different events every night but alo do various activities during the day and it gets quiet around 11pm-midnight which is great for people who want to sleep. The fact that there is balance between partying an haveing a good night sleep is great at this hostel. Initially planned to stay two night and ended up there for a week so I can assure you that big foot really had incredible staff, comfy beds, clean showers and the best volcano tour with the best guides =)

The place where boarding started. We didn't stay at the hostel as we preferred a more private setting. We did book our boarding through here and glad that we did. Tour guide was very cool and chill while calming our concerns. They add a lot of small fun elements to boarding which definitely add value. Shirts you get for boarding are the better designed ones that you can actually wear in public after the experience.

This hostel is a great hostel in a great location. They offer the first and original volcano boarding which is a lot of fun. You get a free night in the dorm when you book it with them.

If you come to Leon you must go volcano boarding and you must stay at Bigfoot! Super fun bar, great people from all over, decent rooms w good lockers and great location. Not to mention how epic the volcano boarding was! Had a great time here, made some amazing memories and some awesome new friends!
