I did the Quarry Rim Walk. It was not too steep, good paths. Good views, well sign posted, good information about the history and workings of the quarry. Loved the Adelaide and Korean Gardens. Definitely a work in progress, and lots has been achieved on the site. Good place to see at each season because of plantings. You can just walk the flat tracks and not go up the hills. Plenty of places to admire the view, sit, picnic.
So many good dogs! Also the walking tracks and Japanese gardens are great.
Great spot for a sunny day. Take a picnic, the family, the dogs, and enjoy the park! Plenty of walks, including over and around the quarry, access to the Port Hills tracks, and a huge dog park 🐕
On a fine day this place is just about perfect.
Plenty of space to run multiple dogs. Hill tracks and flat play areas all suitable for controlled dogs off lead.
