Expect modern expressions of plenty of great classics! I ordered the caesar salad and it came with grilled quail and smoked quails eggs - it's the only kinda caesar salad I want now!

There are three things that make a restaurant memorable: the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Nijeholt has scored on all three points, twice during our visit at Lauswolt. The food was delicious and tasty, served with a smile. An extra high-five for their Covid19 safe environment. The day after a pressconference of the government they have decided to move the entire bistro within a day to another room to avoid having people to go through the kitchen. On top, they have created the same cozy atmosphere.

Delicious eaten 5 course Boxing Day. Not a fish lover myself, but this was taken into account. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful Christmas decorations on the estate. Service very friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain will definitely come back.

Had a fantastic evening with very tasty dishes and ditto wines. The gentlemen in the service were quick and friendly and very correct. The atmosphere was very good. Price-quality is certainly in proportion. Vladimir (sommelier) gave us a nice explanation about the wines. Let's take a look in the wine cellar. Beautiful all. Only downside is that the restaurant is not air conditioned. Due to the heat of the past few weeks, it was sweltering in the restaurant. Recurrence risk is great!
