The tour consultant will pickup from customer's hotel within Kathmandu Valley and transfer to Ayurveda Centre. Start Ayurveda massage. It consists of Full Body Massage and Shirodhara. Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic treatment in which a warm blend of essential oils is poured on the forehead from certain height, with constant speed, with proper flow, with constant temperature, for certain time onto the forehead (third eye). Shirodhara is effective to soothe, energize, nourish, and relax the nervous system. It is good in chronic headache, sleeplessness, anxiety, tension, burning sensation in the head etc.The tour consultant will pick you up from Ayurveda centre and transfer to customer's hotel.
