Arrived when the monks were in procession, very immersive. Recommend to visit during these times. Although there is a sign outside saying no women through this entrance, just saw guides taking women through. Maybe it applies to locals only. One of the few things to see in the area, but worth the visit. Need to take shoes off inside too. No photos.

The Tengboche monastery comes after a day's climb. This place is so peaceful. It is near the forest. You can see rhododendron flower around the area. Beautiful destination.

This place is really something. To go here you need extra lungs😅 but seriously the view here is awesome. And so serene. The monastery is big. The location also near the rhododendron forest. You can see a lottt of rhododendron trees when you continue your way to pangboche. Really lovely place
