Just visited the Utse Restaurant, but can't find an entry to review for Restaurant-only. Anyway, good service and price, and divine Tibetan selection of foods. Truly tasty. Would definitely return and explore the menu some more.

Affordable and instant food. Small place, typical Chinese roadside kind of place. Good taste with clear menus.
