Initially, the service was lovely & the drinks accurate. However nowadays the workers don't seem to know how to make a single drink. My drinks are always mixed up, or I have to literally tell them how to make my order whilst waiting. Disappointing.

It's wonderful to have a Starbucks here in Hayriad quarter. However, here a group of male staff scream so loudly to each other from one corner of the cafe to the other end for communicating or chatting to the extent that you as customers cannot concentrate on your work or reading, thus the atmosphere is unfortunately almost like a public cafe attached to a Central Bus Station where there is a lot of noise and many people scream. And this is not due to customers who are rather quiet but the staff dominating the cafe with their loud voices. This is not so respectful to the customers.The staff shall be properly trained and managed much better than this miserable status quo.
