This is an excellent location to see the city. Skip the tour bus and take the pathway through the cemetery from the Bab Guissa gate entrance to the Medina. Takes about 15 minutes along this pathway. Also don't expect much from the ruins, the locals use it as a pit stop for their mules... 🤮

Beautiful place to watch the sunset over the city. Well worth the walk up out of the busyness of the Médina. Take water as it’s a steep climb. There’s a man at the bottom selling coffee from a machine in the back of his car, very good quality and only 40 dirham

I was kinda meh on the tombs themselves but this was a fabulous view of fez!!

Nice place to see the sunset with a panoramic view of the City. Not good access for people with limited mobility.

Marinid Tombs refer the ruins of monumental tombs on a hill above and north of Fez El-bali, the old city of Fez, Morocco. Today, they are also a popular lookout point over the historic city.
