We had a negative event at the hotel which I will not specify. When it came to the attention of the duty manager and her assistant, they went to great lengths to explain, take responsibility and apologize, so that we would leave happy and satisfied. In fact they went beyond what was necessary, and in my view, it came from that special, sincere graciousness of Moroccan hospitality that tourists in this country experience.

This place was a wonderful treat. It was expensive for Morocco. We had a pool there, and a great room and view. The beds were very soft and breakfast was amazing.

I was looking forward to a traditional "Hammen" Moroccan spa experience so did the bath and scrub. Living in Asia and going to spas a lot, this was a big disappointment. Way over priced just to get someone to use a hard brush on your skin followed by a garden hose to rinse you off. There is basically no massage or real scrubbing like I am accustomed to in Thailand and Vietnam for half the price. Skip the traditional service and just buy a brush and scrub your own skin for less than 30 Euros and 45 minutes. The building is nice and the people very friendly and I don't like giving bad reviews to nice people.

I went there for the Hammam. It’s not the “traditional” per se - fairly tamed version so it was very comfortable. Place was clean and the staff is super friendly

Beautiful accommodations, bountiful breakfast with perfect eggs, and spectacular views from the roof terrace. I was lucky to get a room last minute and the staff were kind, patient, and professional during my stay. When I had an unforeseen late-night check in, I was offered a late check-out. Additionally, the staff helped arrange a porter to navigate to my next location.
