Beautiful hotel. Excellent service from all staff. Really felt spoilt. Just wish they had a coffee station in the rooms

Very thoughtfully put together. We stayed at the palace . The staff is the highlight as they know and anticipate most things before you really ask for them. Proactive and service oriented they are very discreet yet looking out for you. Our son was a bit unwell and they were prompt to call a doctor, make some thyme potions for him. They did a good job with local tours and trips. The only thing we noticed is that the guides the hotel invited ( not hotel employees) were a bit greedy. Instead of a city tour, they spend half the time in shops around trying to hook you onto their friends shops, who are pushy sales folk and charge the moon for stuff that you could buy for fraction of price outside. It was a bit hard to get out of some shops. I would have the guide just guide without ulterior motives, even if I have to pay more to make it worth their while. Overall a good experience at the property, very nice location, gardens, spa and full range of treatments. Will highly recommend for a quiet oasis in the Gussie and bustle.

We have been coming to the hotel/palace for nearly 15 years. I have nothing but praise for the level of service and just good welcome we always get when we are here. Today was exceptional but just gives a record of how visitors to this place are regarded. My husband and I travelled to the Yves St Laurent Musee today. As we were waiting to get in he realised he had left his bag/phone etc in the taxi. I spoke to a very nice policeman, initially in French but his English was very good. He totally understood the situation, within minutes a plain clothes detective got access to street cameras on the museum, the number of the taxi cab and he contacted the taxi depot. Our lovely taxi driver had returned to the depot and handed in my husband’s bag to the police. Thankfully we arrived at the depot, escorted by the police to meet and thank the driver in time before he left. He then brought us back to the hotel. We have nothing ut praise for the integrity of the people here. Generally people are good the world over. It is the always the few that we should call out in any country who spoil things.

A true high end moroccan hotel, 5 mins from the airport and around 5 mins from the centre by the city by car. Huge resort with big pools, we rented the Persin villa and it was a masterpiece (they have 5 different themes for each villa) Very well recommend if you plan to come to Marrakesh
