Went this afternoon with a friend and I have nothing but the best things to say about it — excellent all around. Very much worth a visit. Make a reservation to ensure you get in. Friendly and attentive staff, amazing food (I’m vegetarian and there were a ton of options for me), and a beautiful terrace with an incredible view of the Medina. The manager/owner(?) was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond after our meal when we asked him for shopping recommendations. He personally took us to a lovely shop just down the block that his friend owns, and there we ended up finding exactly what we needed.

Affordable prices from a western standpoint, but do expect to pay more, and an included service fee, to dine in this comparatively (to the Medina) “upscale”spot. Overall very worth the food and dining experience- this restaurant has an all Moroccan staff and they do a wonderful job of providing you a good experience The food was enjoyable and would hold up in any big city as a Moroccan inspired restaurant - I ordered the Fish Tajine which was had a flavorful sauce and stewed vegetables. My favorite thing of the night was the Minty Lemon Juice which was served with a frothy top and the desserts we ordered - the Carrot Cake and Chocolate and orange layer cake.

The food was wonderful! We had the chicken skewers and the burger, both were great. Just as a short note: the chicken skewers are marinated in a sweet sauce and the "salad" on the side has also a sweet sauce. I loved it, but if you are looking for something more salty than sweet, we would recommend e.g. the burger. The service was great and the atmosphere was super relaxing :)

L’mida - suggest you do either this or Nomad. No alcohol. To get roof top terrace seating make a reservation. Beautiful roof top with great lighting. Great Wall painting of a Muslim woman. We ordered all appetizers and they were uniformly yummy, favorite being the chickpea meatballs in tomato sauce. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the quality and setting.

Lovely rooftop setting. Nothing sophisticated in the menu, so expect tajine, kafta meatballs… the usual Morrocan fair. All cooked to perfection. The attention from the staff is arguably the best we’ve experienced in the country. Well worth the higher price and 6% service charge, as the staff seems genuinely proud to work there.
