Amazing experience!!! For my first time in Mexico i couldn’t ask for anything more. My family and I had the most amazing time and the entertainment staff was nothing short of spectacular! Erik, Jennifer, Diana, Alex and Gilberto. If and when you ever visit this resort make sure you find them! They will take care of you!!!!

Great accommodations! Great wait staff. Good food. Breakfast bar needs help. 3 days of trying to get room temperature cooler, no success. Served cold steak and potatoes at a fancy dinner for 4 of us.

Quite good vie for money. It is a particularly good resort for famines. The pools are amazing and the food is over all quite good, though the quality does change from restaurant to restaurant. Over all a good choice, my little one really had a good time. The service was also quite good. Also the gym was very large and very well equipped.

Great place to holiday, but overpriced. Grounds are beautiful, pools great, beautiful beach. Accommodation is v basic & totally outdated but very clean, with daily cleaning service. The food is not good at all, lots of restaurants to choose from but food is just different here, so we didnt eat much. 24hr room service, expect to wait 2hrs for food arrival, it will most likely be cold by the time it arrives. Staff are amazing, the Mexican people are the nicest people. Would return here but would come at a different time of year, when it's not as hot, and would hope some of the other accommodation is better. We booked an upgraded package but was still v basic. Everything you need is right here at the resort.

Group of 16 of us went the place was amazing. Buffet was awesome dinner places was just ok. Except the steak house it was unbelievable. Rooms were nice n clean staff was super friendly. Plenty to do and see.
