The only thing good about this hotel is the view and that everything is within walking distance. Very old hotel needs an upgrade, we booked 3 rooms for the family and one room the AC wasn’t working and the bed sheets were dirty. The other room the sink was clogged and the other room the bathroom floor was wet and it smelled like they hadn’t cleaned it yet. They don’t provide lotion, they’re stingy with their towels and trash cans don’t have any bags I had to request them. You have to pay extra for parking. The day we arrived the hotel parking supposedly was full so we had to park in a different parking structure that was farther and they charged more. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel is not as pretty as the pictures online 🙁

It was the worst experience, they didn't have remotes for a/c, bathroom was dirty, TV didn't work, they suggest to leave the balcony door open since they didn't have batteries for the a/c remotes

I use to stay at this hotel but now they want to charge for every lil thing. Last time I stayed last month there was no cable my entire stay!.

The best part is it's located at prime and safest location in acapulco. Second best part is the view, you will just wake up to Pacific ocean if you stay here. You can witness sunset from your room. You can even have ocean view while taking shower. It's just on the other side of the beach. The service is good. The view and the room which the offer at the price i would say that it's a economical option. You can book online also. The hotel has 22 floors, i stayed at 12th floor. Hotel provide room service, has restaurant, swimming pool (quite small). They charge extra for parking, it's not included in the tarrif.
