Costs 40 peso per person, adult or child. One can enjoy the view of volcano Popocatepetl and the city lights below while making one slow revolution. Best visited around 6-6.30 pm , in twilight for best views but open until late night. Queues tend to move fast even if long. The photo options are reasonably priced, come in 3 options.

Shame its' closed due to lockdown. The views you get from the highest point are gorgeous

I really enjoyed this Estrella. I wasn't too sure I wanted to get on it as it is the tallest in the world, however it was so worth it. The VIP package is great if you want it to just be your party. You get leather seats and the entire car to yourself. It's amazing to see Puebla from above, especially at night, you can see for miles. I suggest you get there an hour earlier than you want to leave, you usually have to wait 30 to 45 mins for the vip package to leave.

Our group had a wonderful time riding this wheel. It provided incredible views of this incredible city and it’s surrounding.
