Splendid site with multiple buildings & temples ruins. Only one part has been restored, there are still many to be discovered in the jungle. The viewpoint from the top of the highest temple is amazing, you have an amazing view on the jungle. We rented bikes to travel between the ruins, but you can easily walk as well. We were there at the opening hour, and we had the place for ourselves. Definitely recommend going at that time!

Amazing history, one of the last pyramids that you can actually climb to the top! We had a wonderful time wandering around the grounds and we did actually make it up to the very top! Once at the top the view is stunning of the jungle. We rented a car and drove there ourselves, it was pretty easy to find and parking was no problem. A must see!

If you are into Mayan culture, this is a must! Go here while you can still climb it! And the pyramid is not all, there are many structures you can observe, walk through, and climb around. -tip- there is a short bike ride to the pyramid itself, and this should be considered while planning your adventure. Where appropriate shoes for biking, and climbing. The rock face is very slick from the centuries of climbing.

Amazing Mayan ruins to see, touch and actually climb. The view from the top of the pyramid is breathtaking. The bike taxis are a must as there is a lot of walking ! The guide we had with our tour provided so much insight and historical information that it really brought the place to life for us.

Going up, staying at the top, and going down is the best part of this trip. Don't get scared into buying bug repellent or renting bikes or pay for the Mayan limousine (tricycle) the walk to the pyramid is easy and takes at most 20 minutes. Best to stay here at least 2 hours to fully enjoy the site.
