The truth is very bad customer service, the food with late delivery and to top it off cold, another thing., No one who is a normal and consistent person leaves a consumer order waiting until they feel like preparing, just because I don't like the waiter who took the order! Honestly this way they will not have prosperity with the business, I do not recommend visiting this place!

Very Nice Place, only Two observations the costs are excessive, they do not ask you about the tip you want to leave, they charge it on your account. They should change cooks, because food is not their strong suit. The place is nice.

The rooms, the view of the sea and the pool are beautiful. Very clean. In food they should improve a little. The only negative detail is that the music in the pool bar must be more neutral because there are children and people who are going to rest. And not only to the taste of the bar manager 😜
