When we reached the top, a volunteer offered to give us a tour of the skyline in English. Take advantage of this opportunity. The tour provided more backstory to what we were looking at. It is free to take the elevator and have the English tour. Expect 30-45 minutes if you speak with the volunteer guide. We waited about 20 minutes in line at noon. (You can also play at a piano if you want to show off your skills.)

Only saw it from bottom since there was a huge line of at least an hour. Therefore couldn’t had the chance to climb up.... building is still nice from bottom anyways. But I guess the view is nice since many peeps are queuing.

Was a little worried that this would not be open on a Sunday but it appears to be! Was great and free entrance. Just had to wait in line for a little bit (~20-30mins) then we’re ushered upstairs in the lift. Amazing few of all the city, you can see all around but are still inside the building. Bonus: there’s even a piano up there that people can play which can really make it a nice atmosphere!

Administrative agency of Tokyo. It is also a symbol of Tokyo. It is famous as a tourist destination now. The observation room can overlook Tokyo from the high floor of Shinjuku. The upper floor is divided into two buildings, named South Building and North Building. The observation rooms will also rise from their basement floors. The south side is recommended as a view. Because the observation room is free of charge, there are often 30-minute waiting lines now even on weekday. It is an administrative agency as a metropolitan government office, but banks, a post office, a bookstore, a passport center, a license center, and various other facilities are included. Also convenience.

Nice place to enjoy the sunset and skyscrapers. It provides a great view of the city and the surrounding. The waiting area to get to the lift is well managed, even if there are many tourists, the line moving fast. Go there during sunset, it is amazing view with the city lights.
