Had an amazing time experiencing my childhood again! Presentation was always on point and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the Chef Pikachu too that danced and shook hands with every guest, so cute! I highly recommend this to Pokémon fans! The only possible downsides was that it's a bit pricey and the food/drinks are only okay (though certainly not bad!) as far as taste. Still totally worth it to me though!

Food is okay, it's definitely a destination cafe and not somewhere you go for the food. Staff are helpful, and attempted to answer our allergy questions as best they could, but nowhere on the menu does it say what's actually in the dishes. Those with allergies should be prepared to enjoy some juice or tea.

The Pokemon cafe is the same as every other themed cafe in Japan. The ambiance and decorations are great but that's where the positive parts end. The food looks great but tastes pretty awful. The prices are high but so are other themed cafes so it should be expected. The staff isn't very attentive so if you need something, your better off raising your hand to get their attention than wait for them to see how your doing. Make sure you order everything at once because ordering an additional item afterwards is a nightmare. The menu is comes in multiple languages but you'll still have no idea what's in your food, only what it'll look like. Pokemon Cafe is a fun experience for any Pokemon fan but if your not really into it I would skip this cafe

It is located in the same floor of the Pokémon center DX. We visited this place for my birthday. One of the amazing Pokémon experience you can do in the world. The food is great and the staff is very kind and helpful. We lost our appointment and they help us to find another one. Price are high like all the other Cafe but affordable. There is also the possibility of buy some limited edition stuffs.

Must make reservation online. Visually superb. Very fun and good atmosphere. We had a visit from Eevee. Drink and desserts very good. Food was not very hot. The taste is okay, pretty basic, you are paying for novelty. It is not cheap. I would go again.
