Good idea. But it lacks “class”. I don’t want it to be luxurious, but now it’s just have a vibe of an old cheap diner, but with penguins. Friendly staff. Food is okay. Not good, not bad, just okay. Penguins are nice, we were lucky to get the chance to feed them. Overall place is pretty pricey for the experience they are providing. Penguins are good fellows nevertheless.

Cute penguins, great service and pretty good food! Was able to feed the penguins and enjoy the penguin themed Cafe. Loved the penguin shrine by the bathrooms and the penguin plushies throughout the Cafe. I would definitely recommend the penguin plan to any penguin lover out there! Stop by this place if you're in Japan! The penguin towels were very cute!!!

I went here with my gf to cross it off our bucket list. Just like most animal cafés and bars, there is an entry fee. Although the penguin theme doesn't come back in the dishes, the bar breaths Penguin in everything else. From penguin pictures in the menu to into penguin folded napkins. The penguins are well viable and we were lucky to be placed almost next to them. The food, although on the expensive side, was tasty. The staff was well dressed and professional. Really cool for a penguin enthusiast and a unique bar.

The penguin bar is a cute theme (penguin spoons, penguin coasters, and penguin hand towels), but interaction with penguins is minimal. Penguins sit behind a glass cage while people poke on the window and try to wake them up. Plus, smoking at the bar cannot be good for the penguins. It all seems pretty cruel to the penguins.
