5-chōme-9-13 Jingūmae, Shibuya City, Tōkyō-to 150-0001, Japan
Despite its name, you can find here a nice collection of all kinds of japanese stuff. Some look nice and original, some pretty touristy. It's convenient since you can find all in one place. But there much better places around Tokyo to buy these things. Definitely a nice place to go to kill some time.
We always buy souvenirs here for our family when we travel home. Here you can find regular crafts and simple things like cups and chopsticks. But on the second floor you can purchase vintage pieces. If you stay in Tokyo for a while you can come and check for arrivals every week. They receive a lot of things and extraordinary things.
Staff speak English well and are extremely friendly and helpful. This is easily the best place to buy beautiful yukatas and kimonos for a reasonable price. There are lots of handcrafted goods, too - such as tea and sake cups, bowls, plates, spoons...you name it. Oriental Bazaar is the place to go if you're looking for authentic Japanese souvenirs.
This is the very best place in Tokyo to get souvenirs. I've recommended it for years to every visitor and I've gotten my gifts there myself. Of special note are the used kimonos on the 3rd floor.
Great shop to buy souvenirs for friends. It's hard to find reasonable priced gifts here in Japan but this shop was reasonable quality (a specialty shop will have better stuff) and it's not too expensive. It's a good place which can be a one stop shop for a variety of people.
