Great, spacious rooms. Extremely clean. The only thing that bothered me was light leaking around the curtains at 5am but I'm now not picking!

Dated overprice rooms. Property full of tours. Breakfast line at 7am. Buffet croweded. Only one coffee station. Coffee not good. Far from city center. Nothing to do at night. Bar expensive.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views of Lake Biwa. The staff is incredibly helpful and all seem to speak English to a varying degree. The service is amazing and the rooms are incredibly spacious, even for Western standards. All in all an amazing experience, highly recommend.
