This is a store that really tickles my interest! I love "stuff", and that can be everything from tiny knickknacks, office supplies, fancy pens, beautiful leather calendars and such, and this place has everything! Multiple stories with goodness. The prices are fair too. Mind you, it's in Ginza so it "should" be expensive. But one can find everything from expensive stuff, to less expensive stuff. The personnel that works there are super service minded. But that is to be expected in japan. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for art stuff or office supplies.

This is the best stationary store in Tokyo. If you were only going to go to one stationary store this is the one I would take you to. It has 11 floors of incredible options. The calendars on the basement floor are incredible. There’s a whole floor with amazing gifts. And a restaurant which grows its own greens hydroponically on the floor below. An artist’s dream.

Lovely stationary and paper craft shop filling several floors and packed with lovely souvenirs and quirky gifts. Some items are rather pricey, but the postcards in particular are beautiful and more affordable. Even better, once purchased, there is a writing area available on the second floor together with a small counter selling stamps (turns out the stamps coat less than the postcard in my case) and a postbox - just in case you're feeling nostalgic and decide to boast about your holiday on paper instead of Instagram.

This place is a lot of fun to browse in. The variety of miscellaneous stuff they have is amazing. They have levels separated by the items that they sell on that floor; they don't mix and match. At the top level, they have a cafe, however, I did not go there and thus have no opinion on that. The most exotic stuff are quite expensive, but damn, they look absolutely stunning.

Perhaps one of the largest stationery stores in the world, Itoya has more than ten floors. The pen department is not to be missed. They carry a lot of high end Japanese fountain pens, usually finished with lacquer and gold powder. But the department only caters to the luxury market.
