Really rude personnel. I was interested in entire collections. When I asked for someone who speaks a bit of English to point me at the general direction all my questions where answered rudely with an X. The personnel didn't even want to do anything with me. Left the store extremely disappointed

Wonderful staff, great selection of new and recent manga and anime. Cool environment...worth it for any fan of the genre.

If you are going for the first time, you might need an entire day to browse through all selections. They have manga, light novels, illustration books, CDs, DVDs, and merch.

So many floors of anime goods and manga to shop. Spent almost 1hour on just the 2nd and 3rd floor browsing manga. The staff are friendly and understand basic English. They were super helpful when I was trying to find specific manga series I was looking to buy.
