Gelato Lovers Workshop - Ice Cream Making

Located in full centre of Rome, the Gelateria Verde Pistacchio will be happy to welcoming you to his delicious world.
The instructor and the Ice-cream man will be greeting you in front of the shop,
With all the ingredients and the machines ready to show you the gelato making.
The ice-cream man will show you first how to make three flavour of gelato:
• White Base (Milk cream)
• Yellow base (Egg)
• Fruit base (Fruits)
After the demonstration you will make one flavour of the gelato between the selection that the ice-cream man will propose you, with the explanation of the machine and the proper dosage of ingredients guided by our instructor.
Then you will try your own Ice-cream and taste more flavour from the shops.
