Zero hospitality. After waiting 15 minutes, making eye contact with waiters, we were not served. The waiters rather speak with each other than helping customers.

Stopped by on a hot sunny day for a cold one and something to eat. Good views with the outside seating. Was sitting and enjoying the experience when a pigeon dive bombed us at the table.....drink spilled in my salad. Staff reacted quickly and replaced drink and food without hesitation. Great customer service!

Ordered simple cocktails after 15 minutes of waiting. After another 30 minutes our orders hadn’t arrived so we left. The bar was almost empty.

I went to this location with my girlfirend on saturday night around 11pm yesterday. I liked the location when I entered. The cocktails looked great. There was no place for sitting down, therefore we stand on the bar and waited ordering something to drink. No staff took care of us more than 10 minutes. They never seek the contact. We tried to call them, but no chance. May the sound of music was too loud, really no clue. Really strange and confused staff. Afterthen we left this bar without drink something :(
