Campo Santa Maria Formosa, 5252, 30122 Venezia VE, Italy
I did not enjoy my visit here for two reasons: I came here to see the current photographic exposition Venezia 1860- 2019 Fotografie dall'Archivio Graziano Arici and after paying our 25 euros we could not locate the exhibition we were later told at the desk it had been removed! They do not inform you of this on entry and do not offer a refund. I was very disappointed. Sadly the rest of the museum did not make up for my disappointment, the hovering staff in each morose room make you feel very uncomfortable, it was a total waste of money it was probably the worst museum and worst value in Venezia and I have been to most of them over four years coming here. Not recommended.
Venice in summer can be hot and crowded. A great way to relax is to enter this huge, beautiful and equipped biblioteque, sit on a fresh sofa reading a magazine or a newspaper in every language you want, find an interesting book if you have more time or take a cheap delicious cup of espresso. When the evening comes, you are ready for a walk in the narrow streets and the bridges of this magical city.
It a nice place that offers you plenty stuff to see, not to mention you have a library here where you can study in peace or you can sit and enjoy some coffee The price to visit it a little high for what it has to offer
Interesting building and collection. A bit pricey for what's on display.
I come to study here everyday. Quite place, convivial cafe. The rest of the building is beautiful.
