Wow. The piece of history is to awesome to put.in words. We're talking about the forst amusment park in italy. Built in the 1950's this place didn't have the tecnology and it actually had to amuse the children based on imeginasion! No fast tracks or spinning devices. This place is a puzzle of endless little houses, castles, corners each contains it's own theme or story. The entire place has a spagetti westren plot going on and if you catch the show you'll be amazed. There is a little train taking you from one spot to the other. Bonus fact - citta della demonica means ''city of sundsy''.
Depressive experience for adults but paradoxically my children 7 and 4 kind of enjoyed it. If you ever wondered what Disneyland would be like if they were close to bankruptcy, then come here, it starts in the eeiry, run down weed overgrown car park and continues from there. Depressing for adults, as it’s a shame Italians seem to accept this level of neglect instead of complaining and asserting that certain standard is upheld for ‘attractions’ like this. My kids eg. required that I climbed up and through various attractions to be certain that they weren’t about to fall down. The animals look really unwell and everything is run down so much that it -unintentionally!- recreates a poor eastern European village atmosphere complete with rubbish and building debris. We went on a ‘cheaper’ weekday, that was a small positive! Bring water!
Looking a little tired , needs a little money spending on it, but , excellent for the children , worth a visit.
Overall I had a nice day there but I have to admit that it is quite old and neglected. For kids seems quite fun place to visit as there are a lot of animals (even if 80% of them are donkeys and goats)
Could be better. Some of the animals aren't looking good.
Sharing is caring!
