So there are lots of groups and organised tours. I would really recommend to join an official guide in your language of preference. yes it will likely be offered in your language, as there are loads of guides available. wasn't what i expected. Great story, great exhibit, really professional staff . Please go and enjoy this historical site. enjoy!

You need to book your ticket about one month before going there. The atmosphere is magical.. the painting on the wall is not bad considering the time it was painted. For sure if you love the perfection of the neoclassical artists you would feel disappointed.. but you should consider that the knowledge about how to draw and all the skills the modern artists have nowdays are a consequence of centuries of study.. otherwise you would surely think that your art teacher of the high school could draw it better than Leonardo.

Ensure you book in advance. Tickets are usually sells out fast and in advance. You got 2 options. (1) Either buy it directly from the website (10 euro - price as per Oct 2019) (2) take from another website, but usually they sells it a very high price that includes other tour. (Around 75USD - price as per Oct 2019) Reason due to only limited number of people - around 20 - can get in on a specific time. So be prepared, book in advance.

If you check ticket availability it is always complete for the next two weeks. However, everyday at 8 in the morning there are always free tickets for that day. Who has the right to book tickets and then return them if they are no longer interested? Does anyone profit fraudulently from that business? Is everything transparent?

Interesting. Not well organised. You have to be very careful not to miss your allotted time, especially if they direct you to the wrong waiting area!! No flash photos or videos allowed because of the conditions in the room. Unfortunately the shop does not have a great variety of pictures or quality goods. Worth going to see.
