Good Franciacorta but very poor customer service at premises! You CANNOT go and buy some wine WITHOUT booking some sort of tourist tour first. Three staff members prefered to sit at their desk instead of talking to us. And the wine is cheaper at Italmarket. Skip it and go to one of the smaller ones.

As all know Ca del Bosco Wines are great. Also this spot is very nice. Great garden. Great views. BUT you have to book one of their tours to get in and to get a tasting. So no single event as you might get at other spots. So they might not want your money if you do not want a tour.

Good wine but very poor customer service at premises! Be aware that you CANNOT go and buy some wine WITHOUT booking some sort of tour first. A waste of a two hour trip and not empathy from staff. Appalling!
