My first visit to an acetaia. Very informative and learned a lot how this balsamic vinegar is made. The guide was very helpful and spoke very good English. The place is kept tip top. Of course we ended up the tour with a mouthwatering tagliere and a nice Lambrusco. Highly recommended tour.

If you come to Modena you need to stop here ,the family lives here from the 1600 and start balsamic production in 1871 . Forget about the meaning of the awards forget about the unique recipe , here it’s the perfect tour to learn about balsamic vinegar and take the perfect memory from italy.

My family visited for the tour and tasting. We have two small children. Our guide was absolutely wonderful; she worked hard to engage our kids and offered them all the same tasting experiences as the adults in the group, allowing them to learn and participate. The tour itself was informative and thorough, and very interesting. And of course, the tastings during and after the tour were outstanding. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area!

A perfect experience! Our guide, Benedetta, was absolutely fantastic and we learned so much. We loved learning the process of making balsámico and felt very welcomed. The grounds are beautiful and you can really feel both the historic and modern feel. Look forward to a future return trip!

Incredible experience! This place is a must see if you're in the area and if you love Balsamic vinaigrette! We arrived with no reservation and got the most interesting tour of the factory, where they produce balsamic for over 100 years! We learned about the process and tasted 10yo, 20yo, 30yo, and 100yo balsamic! Heaven. Our guid was so knowledgeable and so lovely, and we ended the tour with Lambrusco, wonderful Parmegiano cheese and balsamico. All for the price of €6! Perfection! Highly recommended.
