Absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful setting. Close to everything. Bed was really comfortable but honestly the owner just makes the place. Very warm and welcoming with loads of advice to help you see the best of Venice. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us ❤️

Mattia is an awesome host. Lots of great advice for things to do and places to see. The location is lovely and quiet. The breakfast and coffee are delicious.

Very accommodating stay! Made us feel like we had a home in Venice to come back to considering how much it’s filled with tourists. The room was cozy and just enough for our daily excursions. We had breakfast every morning where someone would make us a cappuccino of our liking. Mattia, the owner, was so considerate and welcoming. He guided us with recommendations in Venice based on our interests. It rained the last two days so he provided rain boots and umbrellas. In addition, we had a early train on our last day so he made sure we had breakfast for the early morning. Will be back here again next time we are in Venice!

We had a great stay the room was great with a beautiful view of the canals. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The food in the morning was also superb, the coffee just right in the charming private garden. The owner ( an extremely upbeat and cool guy ) was very attentive and offered many great bits of advise on what to see and do around town. Also big respect to the house keeper a very calm man who helps keep the place tidy and breakfast as best it can be. We hope to return.

At this price point, a great guest house. Quiet location but easy access to central Venice. Excellent local restaurants within a short walk. Rooms small but comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Great breakfast. Owner a native Veniatian, knowledgeable and helpful. 10 minute walk to water taxi to airport.
