Nice place and clean. The villa is near the beach only 10 minutes walk. There is swimming pool in front my room. The staff is really helpful. Definitely going to come back here in the future.

Beautiful and cozy homestay next to Kuta city center. Andy is a great manager and very kind and friendly. Everything is clean, hot water runs perfectly, cable tv has good channels and the price (after classic indonesian bargaining) is really cheap. Laundry service provided, also breakfast included though coudlnt try it since i went surfing really early everyday. Highly recomended homestay, been yo a couple of them before landing here.
