A favorite morning stop for breakfast. A lot of healthy and tasty options can found here. Combine that with one of their great juice options. Their stuff are really pleasant and the decor very welcoming. Recommended.

Awesome food, great service! We had the Wagyu beef steak and the truffle pasta. Both were extremely tasty. Very fairly priced to boot. Cozy vibe.

This was a huge disappointment. Ordered two 'Big Breakfasts' and they both came out cold 10 minutes before our third order. We were the only people in the restaurant. The eggs were not cooked as ordered and the toast was cold and hard. After a month in Seminyak, this was by far the worst dining experience.

Food was great. Atmosphere was great. It’s a quaint clean little restaurant offering some decent dishes. What prevents 5 stars from me? Being offered a free desert in return for a positive TripAdvisor review. Principle do not need to rely on tactics like this to increase popularity. The restaurant already has the attributes to operate without promoting itself in such a way.

Principle was our kids choice in restaurants on our 5th night in seminyak... probably one of the best places we have eaten so far... the calamari and the shrimp tapas to start among the most enjoyable calamari we have eaten tender and fresh yummy favours... mains we chose the sausage spaghetti, braised waygu and crispy orange duck and chicken salad , flavors to die for... we shared all the meals together and were blown away with each. The flavors were incredible even the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The desserts were a perfect finish to the meal.. everything was cooked with love and passion... great service and amazing food made one of our best dinners so far. Our only complaint was it was served in a bowl and we couldn't lick the plate. Thanks guys for a great evening out.
