A superb temples complex with history and heritage. Well worth a 2 hours visit. The ticket cost includes the entrance, the sarong, the certified guide and a one way ride to the entrance by a motorbike. It can get very crowded- so try to go very early morning. Undoubtedly, the pride of Bali!

What an amazing location. Incredible views and pure Balinese beauty in the largest temple of the Island. Paying (tourist) access grants you with a ride in motorbike to the temple from the parking, saving the long slide that takes you there. A local guide will give you a Tour and explain you with some basics that you should know about this spot.

Besakih temple is an absolute gem and deserve your full attention. Go there with a certified guide (included in the ticket) so you won’t be asked any money by a local-dishonest-so called-guide. It is really worth it. The set of temples is amazing, peaceful, it tells a lot about the culture and beliefs of the Balinese.

One of the largest temples in Bali dedicated to the Holy Trinity also known as Tridev. The temple is located on top of a small mountain with the view of volcano. It’s quite pleasantly cool up here even on the hottest days. Wearing a sarong to enter the premise is mandatory. It’s very peaceful and beautiful at the top.

In this temple you must be careful from the beginning to the end. 2k for parking the bike. 60k for entry. From this point a motorbike arrives that instead of taking you to the entrance of the temple takes you directly in front of the vendors of flowers and incense for prayer. These sellers force you to buy these things (50k) telling you that otherwise you can't pray in the temple. Inside the temple you are asked for another at least 50k as a offer. At the end there is a guide tip offer. Outside the temple, you no longer find the service bike that takes you to the parking lot. You cannot have the right serenity in visiting a temple in this way. Dont lose your time here.
