Great location right on the lake. Entrance fee 190,000Rp (includes a complimentary drink). Toilets were very dirty. Changing rooms also not very clean. Locker space chaotic. The spring was warm at best. NOT hot at all. Renaming to “Batur Warm Water Spring” would be appropriate. The pools themselves were nice all made of Stone it seemed. The layered formation of the pools were also nice. I do not recommend this place.

Should be called 'lukewarm' springs, we were hoping to relax after hiking up Mt Batur but in the end we didn't stay long. Great view though. Everyone there had just finished the hike so If you wish to get a good seat you better be quick down the mountain.

Water was warm. It felt very nice to be in the hot springs. The juice given as compliment was very good. If you go from some hotels, the entry fee will be lesser than when you directly go there. .

Charming hot springs, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The ticket cost 200k each and they do NOT accept card payment. The whole complex has a very traditional aesthetic and there are several pools with different water temperatures. The ticket include towel, locker and a welcome fruit drink. There are also changing rooms and showers. Do not expect a 5stars spa but still it was all clean and well kept. There is another complex just beside this one which provide a more touristic environment but I think we made the right choice with this. The only problem we had was that we waited for the food for 1 hour, probably they forgot our order, I don't know, but it was annoying. Despite that it was a lovely experience and I would come back.

We didn't end up going in. We had been told by locals the prices before we went but when we got there the price was way higher than we had been told. There are other hot springs in the area so if you don't like the price you can always go elsewhere. Also very doubtful of the purported healing powers of the water and the claim to be the only one in Bali. I repeat, the one we went to was within 1km of this place and a much more agreeable price, probably the same water as well
