Firstly, Positives: 1. Not expensive 2. Taste is above average or good Negatives: 1. Unhygienic 2. Staff lacks basic courtesy 3. Extremely Oily food.... That is how they try to add taste to the food.

Very crowded place. Food was tasty but the management was poor. After asking multiple times they will serve you the food you have asked.

Almost everything about this restaurant is good. Taste, quantity quality.. they lack in service though during peak hours due to huge crowds. Spl mention to try their chicken lollipop

I'm glad they have opened an outlet closer to the Hitec side. Spread over three floors covering different sections you get a very decent experience and service and the same taste as the original joint. Ground floor is pick up and parcel only and you need to see the efficiency with which the operations are managed. The AC section is massive too and can seat 100+ guests at the same time.

Food taste is average. Service guys are not responding to the people. We need to convey the message multiple times. Then only the service guys are responding. We sat in AC section but they are managing the AC with using normal fans. If we asked the respective people, then they are responding very rudely.
