Such a wonderful place to visit .. 3 pillars stands tall gives a gigantic look .. it's a gift to see the nature exposure.. you can see water flow from the pillar point .. best place for photography .. spend sometime to feel the nature breeze and fog.. The serene beauty of this place. With a valley downhill and the pillar rocks standing tall. Most of the time the fog and mist covers the rocks and valley. You need to be patience to get the view . Please wait for few minutes for the clouds to pass then you surely the beauty of the rocks.

One of Kodaikanal’s most famous attractions, these three mammoth rock pillars stand shoulder-to-shoulder, looming 400-ft-high in the sky. Affording a bird's eye view of the surrounding vista, these granite structures are located at a distance of about eight km from the lake tower, and encompass little hidden nooks and crannies within them, which are great to explore. The chambers between the pillars are referred to as the devil's kitchen, and there’s a beautiful public garden just adjacent that offers a great view of the structure.

One of the best view point in Kodaikanal. Calm and quite place. On highway side-Easy to access. Parking space available. Tea shops and hotels available. Good place for shopping flowers and Handcrafted Decorative Showpiece. No latrine/toilet facility available. Safe place for travelers.

Misty now... if you see heavy mist before entering the gate, then don't buy tickets and waste your time and money... you won't be able to see anything. Once the mist is cleared .. the view is amazing.. There are shops outside for shopping and there is a small check dam opposite to the pillar rock entrance
