A piece of history, it gives us a glimpse into the way of life of the Jaisalmer elite families. Almost everything is well maintained and preserved. There are guides available at the entrance but everything is self explanatory with notes attached. It's a photographer's delight with so many historical things.

Haveli...what to say...you might get interested once if start enjoying it. It's an interesting place to visit .To see how rich merchant used to live , eat , wear , sleep etc etc...I will not be a guide here ..guide will tell you story and will charge you... other than story there is everything which you can see and understand and no need for guide .....if anybody wants that little piece of story can ask here .. happy to help

Very dirty around the lake...plastic, dirt, smelly. Lovely architecture but not maintained by the authorities. I saw it 30 years ago...that time it was lovely, pristine. Shame on the authorities for not looking after this place. More tourism would happen big cleanliness was ensured

It's a nice private haveli. Tickets per person is Rs.100. Very antique and unique items are seen. One can see the cultural glory of this place If you really want to know this place , then please hire a guide, they will tell you the history of this place .

Great piece of art work and worth the visit. Good collection of antique items. Must see if you're near Jaisalmer fort.
