I stay in Novotel because there is comfort in knowing that you can expect a level of service and comfort. I loved the breakfast options, great variety of Indian cuisine with some options to suit the wester taste buds. I was really happy with the transport provided by them to their corporate clients. Concierge was equally helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hospitality and support from the friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms. Extremely clean rooms. Was provided with rooms with excellent views of the bustling actions of street, hills and greenery, a welcome relief from normal sky scraper views of the city.

Went here for the swimming pool. It's simply amazing. It's clean and tidy. The view form the pool is awesome. Only complaint, they did not provide receipt of payment for the pool access charges.

O what an amazing experience!!!! One of the best hotels. Everything is practical as well as comfortable in this hotel. Staff is so helpful, courteous, polite and well trained. I couldn’t find even a single thing to complain during our stay here. When we arrived it was really crowded in the lobby. Still it was so easy to get through to the front office as well as to check in. Rooms were really clean, cozy and modern. They have a well stacked minibar. Room service was quick and food was delicious. They even fulfilled our odd request for some personal items even in the middle of the night. The bell boy, valet, room service, front office staff all were very well behaved and available whenever required. We had a smooth check out experience too. They even have a kitchen garden too... Overall wonderful stay.

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever visited.. Food here is superb. Better than ibis and Grand Hyatt. The best scene is from the huge swimming pool across the main road. If you're in Pune for a holiday do stay here because Its the best places to stay.
