Place worth a visit... However, queues are long, giving ample chance to commission agents to make quick money... Go when you have sufficient time and energy to stand in queue and absorb the vibe of the place...worthwhile to go for guide service though... Would have wanted to see more counters for letting people in and formalized wheel chair, guide etc. Facilities... So that one is not duped, spoiling the experience... Ancient art is awe-inspiring

Madurai meenakshi temple is a must place to visit and pray. Full of positive Vibes. The interior of the temple cannot be photographed so I could not share any photos. This is a very historical temple and you feel very comfort visiting this temple. There are a lot of historic story about this temple.Made my day. The best feeling ever. There are a lot of shops rooms flats market fancy stores near.

Very big temple. Must visit for every Indian to have a complete feel of Indian tradition. Special Darshan allow you to complete quick time. Thousand pillar one should not miss. Take time and observe all stone carving work all around temple. Music sound on stone at Thousand pillar statue is main attraction. Do not miss. Ask and feel it.

Fortunate to be in the temple. Experience the mental peace rather than explaining. The temple executive office has made elaborate arrangements for public convenience, like mobile and personal bag safety room,and free stand for footwear. Photography is banned hence will post outside pictures. Renovation of the outer road is going on therefore it looks different.

A very beautiful place... Everyone knows that... Eventhough u might have heard a lot from other people, U should visit the temple to feel the beauty of it.. Really awesome place... Beware of brokers in the name of guide.. They will loot a lot if u give in.. Hire a good guide if u go there for first time.. Finally it is a must go place for everyone..
