Very beautiful architecture! The hidden cooling pipes in the ceiling and made of mud were used to keep the palace cool. Just awesome technique which we can't think of today in the middle of all innovative tech!!!
The palace is a two-storied building, well-structured symmetrically looks like pyramida shape giving a lotus-like structure visual. The walls and pillars are carved beautifully with patterns like sea creatures and birds. At the point when the Lotus Mahal is lit up during the evening, visitors witness a fantastic view. It is a standout venue in entire Hampi to take photographs. Lotus Mahal should be a sure set destination in the list while visiting Hampi.
A peaceful place with sprawling gardens in the midst of history. It's just next to the State Elephants Stable of Vijayanagar era. If one is visiting during summer you can sit under a tree and enjoy the sight of the ruins and nature. Winter though would be more pleasant.
Beautiful place and the structure is awesome. This structure is like lotus on top portion and the bottom portion supports with pillers.this whole structure made with stone. And also nature is good around this Mahal. Finally mesmerized after see it.
Eye catchy, stunning and one of the most old and beautiful site in India. A world heritage site. Well maintained by Govt of India. 😍
